PM Narendra Modi breaks record: will uplift the flag on the Red Fort for the 7th time on 15th august 2020 by Non-Congress PM.

PM Narendra Modi, first time took an oath on May 26, 2014, has also become the 4th longest-serving Prime Minister of India.

Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee served 2,268 days in PM office. Modi Ji crossed his record also.

The first prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru is the prime minister who served as a PM for the longest tenure, Since from the day Indian got independence on August 15, 1947, till the day of his death on May 27, 1964. Total tenure he served was 16 years and 286 days.

Former prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru’s daughter Indira Gandhi was second longest-serving prime minister of India. Served in PM’s Office for 11 years and 59 days.

The PM Narendra Modi’s predecessor Manmohan Singh served in the office for two terms, i.e, 10 years and 4 days.
